Miami, Best City Ever!

When you think of Miami, you think Beach, Sun, Fun, Clubs (even with the Covid19), Real Estate, and of course famous people.

Yes, all the celebrities are coming to Miami, they are moving into this beautiful city before it was only for holidays and now they just moved to Miami.

They want to live by the water, feel relax, and also being in the middle of this spectacular city.

This year not only the celebrities are moving to Miami, all the people around the world and most from the North of USA are moving down to Miami.

For example, the year just has started and Cindy Crawford paid $10M for a waterfront in Miami Beach, they are joining the party.

The model and businesswoman and her husband, a former model, and nightlife mogul, closed on the five-bedroom, 3.800 SqFt House at 4404 North Bay Road, they closed on December 29th. It sits on a 17,000 SqFt lot with a pool and more than 100 feet of water frontage, the home was built in 1955.

Another example that just bought a home in Miami is Gisele Bundchen with her husband.

They sold their Tribeca home for $40M to buy an exclusive waterfront property in Indian Creek, they paid $17M, very close to where Ivanka Trump is going to build her new mansion.

Talking of Ivanka Trump, Award-winning singer and songwriter Julio Iglesias closed on the sale of a waterfront Indian Creek lot that was reportedly purchased by Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

Trump and Kushner were set to pay $30 million for the 1.8-acre property, and that the couple was looking at private schools in the area for their children once their time in the White House ends in January.

So This happened all in this last month, Miami market it's so hot.

Also, Pharrell Williams dropped $30 million for a Coral Gables estate.

Sylvester Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin spent $35.4 million for a Palm Beach estate, while Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner bought a mansion on Miami Beach’s North Bay Road for $23.5 million.
